Save the Earth

How much do you hate cleaning a million dishes after a party?! My neck is burning just thinking about it.

Sometimes you just have to go the disposable route for the sake of your sanity. Here are some great green products to incorporate into your next party.

DIY Gift Wrap

I am kind of obsessed with pretty packages. My dream home has a little office to be used solely for wrapping presents. There are so many great wrapping papers and beautiful ribbon, but sometimes a girl needs to be frugal. As I look at the calendar and all the upcoming birthday parties, I think we are going to be getting crafty with the wrapping around here.

Thank You!

I guess it’s the southerner in me that is a sucker for a thank you card. Although if the only mail you got were random solicitations addressed to Mr. Egan Gauntt, you might develop an obsession with handwritten mail too. I love to send an email and i luv 2 text, but there is nothing more charming and heart warming than getting a thoughtful note in the mail.

My favorite places to spend a half hour are Urbanic on Abbot Kinney here in Venice or Sugar Paper at the Brentwood Country Mart.

Boy Easter {Bucket}

There is no reason a little boy wouldn’t love a stuffed bunny as much as a girl, but my son loves these Beanie Boos. They are pretty irresistible with those big eyes!

Girly Easter Basket

I shouldn’t say Easter basket when I really mean, Easter bucket. I am forever trying to figure out how to store those cumbersome baskets for the 364 days in between Easter. This year I’m going practical and reusable.
